The yellow house is an independent, artisan neighbourhood restaurant situated in Plough Way, with a new bar & kitchen situated in Lower Road, Surrey Quays, London.
The team at The yellow house takes great pride in preparing everything we serve with the freshest ingredients, seasonal produce, fresh fish and organic meats. We use organic flour for our breads and delicious pizzas baked in our wood fired oven.
Our weekly changing restaurant menu includes a variety of dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, mouth-watering puddings and a carefully selected list of wines from around the world. The bar menu includes our char grilled burgers and steak with chips, salads and a selection of "Italian" style pizzas.
The yellow house kitchen is led by Jaime Foà who has many years of experience working for various restaurants including Leith's Restaurant, Le Pont de la Tour, Oxo Tower, Orso and Joe Allen's. Olajide “JD” Ajibola joined The yellow house with a broad range of experience gained at numerous restaurants including St.Johns, Farringdon, Engebret’s in Oslo and the Groucho Club, Soho. JD leads the sauce section and the development of The yellow house weekly changing menu.
